Beth Secor (American, b. 1956) Beth Secor was born in Houston, Texas where she lives and works as an artist, writer, and educator. A painter, printmaker, embroider and installation artist, Secor has a B.F.A. in Printmaking and an M.F.A. in Painting from the University of Houston. In 2013 she had solo exhibitions at Inman Gallery and Lawndale Art Center, and is currently in a group exhibition at The Printing Museum in Houston. She is a lecturer in the Arts and Humanities Department at the University of Houston Downtown, where she has taught for ten years, and her work is represented by Inman Gallery.
